No not true. Passports or equivalent will be required for travel to Canada, Mexico and certain Caribbean countries from June onwards..

No, according to the constitution a US citizen does not require to carry an ID with him. Learn the constitution of your country, I never been in the US and I know it.
NO! the it was another wacky Republican plan that failed like the ';virtual fence'; and ';e-verify';. You only need them when crossing borders, when before a Driver's License was good enough.
