Is it true that McCain is technically not an American Citizen?

I read that because he was born in the Panama Canal Zone after Congress approved citizenship, he is not technically an American citizen. Does that mean that he should be prevented from running for Presidency?Is it true that McCain is technically not an American Citizen?
i read that too. the only problem with that is that his parents were american citizens, therefore, he is one as well. its just like if your parents went to another country on vacation and your mother gave birth to you while she was there, you would still be considered american.Is it true that McCain is technically not an American Citizen?
That's a load. McCain has the nomination and has been a senator for years. This would have come up earlier.
