Obama was born in Hawaii - that's a state, believe it or not, just like Alaska is.





McCain was born in Panama, so if either candidate was born outside the US, it would be McCain.





However, McCain was born on a U.S. military installation and therefore on United States soil (at least officially).





Neither McCain nor Obama is disqualified to be President based on their place of birth.

If his mother went to Kenya her passport office would have a record of her trip, but he people making the claims have no such records. He has a birth certificate which you can see on line showing he was born in the US. I and my friends could claim you were born in Kenya, how would you prove you were not if the statement ';';people claim it'; carried more weight than your birth certificate.
Are you telling me that the CIA, FBI, NSA, INS are incapable of vetting who is qualify to run for office. Your question is moot. If that was the case he wouldn't even make to the senate.
