You are correct. You may apply 90 days prior to your 3rd year. This is in the instructions for form N400. Do not apply earlier than this or your petition will be returned.





Also your English is not a problem, as long as you can communicate and pass the naturalization test.

The question is did you follow the correct procedure and if necessary obtained the proper visa? If not then you may have some issues when you apply for citizenship. Another question when you say American women I am assuming you mean one woman and women was a typo as polygamy is illegal in the US which may mean your marriage is not recognizable. Also just because she lives in the US does not automatically make her an US citizen. In the event she is not a US citizen then regardless of your marriage to her you will have to wait the full-time until you are able to apply as a citizen.
I think you have to wait for 3 years...just 3 months more to go.





But, you or your wife can contact the immigration department and ask to make sure. That way you get the information right from the source.
